Herbelei keeps the details needed to take and deliver an order. Shoppers do not create accounts.
What is saved
An order stores your name, mobile number, email, city, address, optional note, the products and quantities, the total, the payment method, and the order status. If you upload a payment screenshot, that image is stored with the order and is used only to confirm a transfer.
If you open the site from an ad, the visit can also store the ad source, such as utm_source and utm_campaign, so the shop can see which ad led to the order.
Your email is used for order messages: a confirmation when the order is confirmed and a tracking note when it is dispatched, both from orders@herbelei.com. About 7 days after the order is marked delivered, a review invitation is sent from no-reply@herbelei.com.
Reviews
A review shows the part of your email before the @ sign, the star rating, the comment, and the product name. The full email is not shown on the website. You can review a product once per email address. A later review from the same email updates the earlier one. The shop can hide a review that is abusive.
Who can see an order
The public tracking page opens only with the order number and the mobile number from checkout. Approved shop admins can see orders in the private CRM.
