These terms cover orders placed on this Herbelei Naturals website.

Orders

You do not need an account. An order is placed when you submit the checkout form and see an order number. That number, together with your mobile number, is how you look the order up later.

Delivery

You will receive this order in 3 to 5 working days. Delivery is free unless a delivery charge is shown at checkout. We deliver to the name, mobile number, city, and address you enter.

Payment

You can choose cash on delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or a bank transfer. Card numbers are not collected. For a transfer, the site shows the account details saved by the shop, and you may upload a screenshot. The shop marks the payment as received after checking it. A payment screenshot is used only to confirm that transfer.

Returns

Contact the shop before sending anything back. The shop will tell you whether a return or replacement is possible for that order. Do not ship a product back until the shop confirms it.

Product care

Follow the how-to-use notes on each product. Massage oil is for external use. Persistent or severe pain should be assessed by a healthcare professional. The words on the product pages are the care notes supplied by Herbelei, not a medical promise.
